The meeting will focus on strengthening the Alliance’s deterrence and defence capabilities, moving towards the target of 5% of GDP as set out in the agreement adopted in The Hague earlier this year. The ministers will also discuss hybrid attacks carried out by Russia against NATO member states, particularly on the Eastern flank, as well as potential response measures.
