As part of her working visit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Baiba Braže, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Takeshi Iwaya, for a discussion on bilateral relations, security challenges to Europe and the Indo-Pacific region, and economic cooperation.
