On 9 September 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Baiba Braže, will host her counterparts, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Tom Berendsen; Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Radosław Tomasz Sikorski; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Hungary, Anita Orbán; the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Elina Valtonen; the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Ireland, Helen McEntee; the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, Gordan Grlić Radman; and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Espen Barth Eide.
During the visit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands will also visit the eastern border region and the Terehova border crossing point. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland will meet with Polish soldiers at the Ādaži military base.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland will deliver a speech at the Rīga Conference 2026 Business Forum. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ireland and Norway will participate in the Rīga Conference discussions on 10 September.
On the evening of 9 September, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will host a working dinner for her counterparts from Poland, Hungary, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Croatia.
