Edgars Rinkēvičs to meet with the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade

On 5 March 2021, the Latvian Foreign Minister, Edgars Rinkēvičs, meets with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Péter Szijjártó, who is coming to Latvia on a working visit.

The Ministers will be sharing views on bilateral relations and current issues concerning the European Union, security policy and regional cooperation. The priorities of Hungary as the next Presidency of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers will also be discussed.

During the visit, the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade will also meet with the President of Latvia, Egils Levits; Metropolitan Archbishop of Riga, Zbigņevs Stankevičs; and the Minister of Health, Daniels Pavļuts.
