If a person needs a document confirming the fact of the full vaccination cycle, Paragraph 62.79. of the Cabinet Order No. 360 “Epidemiological Safety Measures for the Containment of the Spread of Covid-19 Infection” states that medical treatment institutions which have a contract with the National Health Service regarding vaccination against Covid-19 infection shall issue a statement for a person free of charge at the request of the person in accordance with Annex 5 to these Regulations.
