The Ministry of Foreign Affairs summons Russian Chargé d’Affaires to express a categorical protest and present a note on Russia's brutal large-scale air strike on Ukraine

On 9 March, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Chargé d’Affaires of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Latvia to express a categorical protest and present him with a note condemning yet another large-scale air strike on Ukraine launched by the Russian Federation on the night from 6 to 7 March. The attack targeted Ukraine's energy, railway and civilian infrastructure in several regions, injuring and killing dozens of Ukrainian civilians, including children and infants.
