The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Baiba Braže, has taken a decision, in accordance with Section 61, Paragraph Two of the Immigration Law, to add three citizens of Russia to the list of personae non gratae in the Republic of Latvia.
The individuals concerned are Mikhail Shvydkoy, Anastasia Karneeva, and Yekaterina Vinokurova.
The ban on entering Latvia is imposed for an indefinite period of time.
