Service requests
In order to obtain goods of strategic significance to the export, import, transit, transfer, the overall level of export or transit licence, the overall circulation of goods of strategic significance shall be submitted to the Committee:
1) a submission – goods of strategic significance to the export, import, transit, handling, general or common transit licence application the export declaration;
2) a copy of the special permit (licence) for certain types of commercial activities (if required in accordance with the Law On the Circulation of Goods of Strategic Significance);
3) a foreign import certificate or end-use certificate, or an equivalent document – only for the export of goods of strategic significance, moving from Latvia and transit transactions;
4) a copy of the contract or invoice texture on the basis of which the transaction is performed with goods of strategic significance;
5) confirmation that the State fee has been paid for goods of strategic significance to the export, import, transit, transfer, export or common transit in the issuance of a licence.
In order to receive a delivery verification certificate (Annex 5) or a demonstration that the goods are imported into the territory of Latvia, the circulation of goods of strategic significance shall submit to the Committee submission.
The following information shall be indicated:
1) information regarding the goods;
2) of the customs documents attesting the importation of goods in the Republic of Latvia;
3) confirmation that the State fee has been paid for the supply control certificate issuance.
In order to obtain an expert's statement, a person shall submit to the Committee written applications and information regarding the goods or goods in the sample, as well as proof that the State fee has been paid as an expert on the issuance of a statement.Receipt of services
