[1] Visa applications at the Lithuanian Consulate General in Grodno can be submitted only by residents of Grodno Region.

[2] Visa applications may be lodged at the Consulate General of Poland in Guangzhou only by residents of the consular district of the Consulate General of Poland: Guangdong Province; Hainan Province; Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

[3] Visa applications can be submitted only by residents of the consular disctrict of Katanga of the Consulate General of Belgium in Lubumbashi.

[4] Visa applications may be lodged at the Embassy of Germany in Islamabad only by residents of the consular district of the Embassy of Germany in Islamabad: Punjab and North-West Frontier Provinces.

[5] Visa applications may be lodged at the Consulate General of Germany in Karachi only by residents of the consular district of the Consulate General of Germany in Karachi: Sindh and Balochistan Provinces.

[6] Embassy of Switzerland in Dakar (Republic of Senegal) accepts visa applications also from residents of the Republic of Cape Verde, of the Republic of the Gambia and of the Republic of Guinea Bissau.

[7] Pending the resumption of visa issuance at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Damascus, all visa applicants from Syria, wishing to travel to Latvia, should lodge their applications at the Embassy of Latvia in Turkey.

[8] The Embassy of Belgium has temporarily suspended the acceptance of visa applications.
