Please book an appointment by using the electronic appointment system for the following services:
- Renewal of passport / ID card
- Registration of a child as a citizen of Latvia and application for their first passport / ID card
- Issuance of birth, marriage and death certificates
- Requests for statements
When booking your appointment by email, please state:
- your name and surname;
- the purpose of your visit;
- most convenient date and time for your visit;
- your phone number.
We kindly ask you to be on time for your scheduled appointment and immediately notify the Embassy in case of late arrival/change of appointment time.
