MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LATVIA

The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia is responsible for the aviation, maritime, road and rail transportation, as well as post and communication affairs in Latvia. In accordance with Suzhou Guidelines adopted during the 4th China-Central and Eastern Europe Countries 16+1 Prime Ministers Summit in 2015, the Ministry of Transport was entrusted to set up the Logistics Secretariat for 16+1 to promote bilateral and multi-lateral cooperation development within China-CEEC 16+1 framework. Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) is a state institution under the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia.
