Persons who utilise as a travel document:
- a United Nations passport;
- a European Commission passport;
- a Vatican passport
may enter Latvia without a visa and stay for a period of up to 90 days in a half-year, counting from the first date of entry.
Countries whose holders of diplomatic passports may enter member states of the European Union (excepting Denmark, Ireland, and the United Kingdom*) without a visa, and stay in their territory for a period of up to 90 days in a 180-day period, counting from the first date of entry
