1. Fees for consular services may change in accordance with directives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia without much prior notification.

This is a new service from the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, and upon filling out "country of citizenship" and the ensuing linked steps, interested persons will find out whether they need a visa, residency permit, what documents need to be submitted, as well as have access to appropriate application forms.
