Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins congratulates Lithuanian Foreign Minister on 20th anniversary since restoration of Lithuania's independence [11 Mar 2010]

Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins has sent a letter of congratulations to the Foreign Minister of Lithuania Audronius Ažubalis on the occasion of the 20th anniversary since the restoration of Lithuania's independence.

"In the course of the twenty years, acting together, Latvia and Lithuania have enjoyed active political and economic dialogue and shared common goals in the widest array of spheres. Let me express belief that our efforts will lead our countries towards economic prosperity and welfare," Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins noted in the letter to his Lithuanian colleague.
