Foreign minister expresses condolences to Ukrainian people for losses caused by flooding

Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins has sent a letter to his colleague, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Volodymyr Ogryzko, in relation to the extensive flooding which has affected the western regions of Ukraine.

Minister Riekstins extends his condolences to the people of the country who have suffered during the recent natural disaster, and also to the families and relatives of the victims.
