Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins expresses condolences to Turkish people with regard to bombings in Istanbul
Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins has conveyed his sincerest condolences to the Turkish people with regard to the bombings on 27 July in the Turkish city Istanbul which, according to current reports, killed17 people, including 4 children, and injured over 150 others.
Minister Riekstins has sent a letter to the Foreign Minister of Turkey, Ali Babacan, strongly condemning these acts of terror targeted at civilians, and expressing condolences to the families of those killed in the explosions.
