Foreign Minister Riekstins takes part in discussion with foreign policy leaders in Lithuania

On 17-18 January this year, Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins is participating in a discussion with foreign policy leaders in Lithuania that has been organised to commemorate the 10^th anniversary of the U.S.-Baltic Partnership Charter.

The topics on the agenda of the meeting organised by the Government of Lithuania are current issues of EU and NATO, transatlantic co-operation and challenges to Euro-Atlantic values. Participants of the discussion will devote special attention to the events in West Balkans and in the countries neighbouring EU and NATO. They will also assess the development tendencies of the EU Neighbourhood Policy.

Senior politicians and experts from Baltic states, Sweden, the U.S., Poland, Germany and other countries are participating in the discussion.
