Photography exhibition by Latvian journalist and photographer on display in Berlin
From 8 February to 16 March, a photography exhibition by Kaspars Goba, Latvian journalist and photographer, is on display at the Neue Gesellschaft fur Bildende Kunst (New Visual Art Society) in Berlin.
Kaspars Goba graduated from the Faculty of Biology of the University of Latvia. Having studied photographic art he is presently working as photo journalist. With his newest films, Kaspars Goba has proved himself as an able script writer, director and cameraman.
The exhibition is one of the events within the 4th Ars Baltica Triennal of Photographic Art - Don't Worry - Be Curious!. The principal topics of the project are contemporary society, its breaking points and critical way of thinking.
The exhibition is included in the programme of the Essentia Baltica 2008, the Baltic states culture year in Germany.
