On Signing of the Draft Agreement between the Republic of Latvia
and the Russian Federation on the State Border between Latvia and Russia
1. Under the law On Authorisation to the Cabinet of Ministers to sign the draft Agreement between the Republic of Latvia and the Russian Federation on the State Border between Latvia and Russia Initialled on 7 August 1997, and respecting the principle of inviolability of borders adopted by the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, to determine that the draft Agreement is to be signed by Prime Minister Aigars Kalvitis, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
2. To recognise as being no longer valid:
2.1 the Cabinet of Ministers' Order No. 263 of 26 April 2005. (Latvijas Vestnesis, 2005, no.67);
2.2 §53 of Minutes of the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers No.23 of 26 April 2005.
