Important notice! As of 1 July 2008 Latvian citizens passports issued before 30 June 2002 are not valid for travelling to any country, including Latvia !! Please note that there has been price change from 1 January 2010 !! British Overseas Territories citizens, British Overseas citizens, British Nationals (Overseas), British Protected Persons, British Subjects and Holders of Refugee travel documents issued in United Kingdom under the terms of the 1951 Refugee convention (blue coloured documents) do need to apply for a visa to enter Latvia.
